The Girls Academy is Cricket Arena's development centre for girls aged 13–16 who want to take their cricket further. Delivered in blocks at an indoor centre, it pairs quality coaching with real competitive play.

Sessions cover the full game: batting, bowling, fielding, strength and conditioning, power hitting, game plans and nutrition — built around each player's level, from newer players to those already playing club cricket.

Girls train in their own dedicated session, coached to the same standard as every other Cricket Arena squad. Every player gets support to progress, including help finding and settling into a local club.
