The Academy is Cricket Arena's development centre for boys aged 15–18 who are serious about their cricket. Delivered in blocks at an indoor centre, it combines high-quality coaching with genuine competitive match play.

Sessions go beyond the basics: strength and conditioning, power hitting, bowling targets, 360° game play, match planning and nutrition — the habits that turn promising players into complete cricketers.

The coaching team brings club and county credibility, with ECB-qualified and professional-level coaches. Every player gets support to progress in the game, with referral and preparation towards club and county cricket.
